Role Overview - Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategy. This senior role will focus on strengthening Digital Tide’s presence across the UK, Europe, and Asia, developing long-term brand relationships, and driving growth through effective marketing, PR, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in fashion or luxury brand marketing, possess deep market insight, and demonstrate the ability to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with sustainability and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote Digital Tide’s sustainable fabric portfolio across key international markets.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with designers, brands, and fabric suppliers across the UK, Europe, and Asia.
• Plan and oversee product launches, trade fairs, exhibitions, and collaborations that reinforce the company’s brand image and sustainability values.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, and PR activities to enhance visibility and engagement with target audiences.
• Create high-quality content and marketing materials that communicate Digital Tide’s vision, values, and product stories.
• Establish and manage budgets, KPIs, and marketing timelines, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support brand partnerships, events, and cross-market initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor a small marketing team to deliver excellence in execution.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Culture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or sustainable goods sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and managing brand campaigns and marketing operations across multiple regions.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) — essential for effective communication with Asia-based partners and media.
• Existing connections within the fashion or luxury brand network, distributors, media, or social media platforms in the China market would be a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and PR principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Asian markets, particularly China, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
• Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and responsible fashion practices.

• Working Hours: 09:30 am to 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
